  • INITIAL COACHING SESSION: I understand that during the initial consultation, your coach will determine your needs, and work in collaboration with you to discuss and/or recommend the most appropriate services for your career / job search objectives.

  • ONGOING COACHING SESSIONS: I understand that I will be able to arrange my initial and future coaching sessions depending on your schedule of availability which will be presented to me following successful submission of my order.
  • CONFIDENTIALITY: I am assured that my identity and the nature of my sessions will remain private and confidential and that my coach or any representative of Premier Writing Solutions, LLC will not share any information with a third party unless I give express permission in writing.
  • PROGRAM SUCCESS: I understand that my long term success with these coaching/strategy sessions will depend on my full participation and commitment including, but not limited to use of the career planning tools, completion of workbook exercises and frequent, consistent communication with your coach.
  • DISPUTES/CONCERNS: I agree to communicate any and all concerns or problems with my coach or a representative of Premier Writing Solutions, LLC as soon as I become aware of them and allow ample time for discussion to reach a positive outcome.
  • GUARANTEES: I recognize and acknowledge that this service does not include any express or implied guarantees. Individual outcomes and successes are affected by many external variables including market volatility, local/national economies, market s industry conditions, and a client’s level of experience, adaptability to workforce changes, skill sets, or continued motivation.
  • LIABILITY: I acknowledge that Premier Writing Solutions, LLC liability is limited to the price I paid for service(s) rendered.
